We have strong expertise in designing traditional architectural styles and we are sensitive to the desire to meet both aesthetic and financial requirements. We will advise as to appropriate aesthetics, as well as the cost-benefit of the finish materials which traditionally go hand-in-hand with those aesthetics. Often, aesthetic goals can be met satisfactorily at a variety of price points. We pride ourselves on providing our clients with the information they need to make prudent decisions, and to know exactly how the finished product will look.

Our work typically involves research into relevant precedents, looking at important touchstones in the architectural traditions of the region. Tradition vernacular examples with an established historical language often provides a rich laboratory for the creation of new architecture while reconfirming the sense of place.
